A Very Wet Walk along the Seafront in Walmer and Deal

The first Wild with Wheels Get Out Get Active (GOGA) Dover scoot of 2024 was a complete wash out on Wednesday morning.
We were joined by 2 of the team from GOGA. The group were close to giving up and taking shelter due to the heavy rain. But they carried on regardless.
There were high winds too, but as the route goes along the seafront and not under trees, it was deemed safe, albeit wet.
The group enjoyed the walk none the less, and said it was nice to get out and get some fresh air. They certainly got a lot of that! The wind washed away the cobwebs, and I think the scooter got a good wash too!
Hopefully, the next session in Dover Town will be much drier. There are a few spaces left, find us on Eventbrite or send a message.
