Introducing Wild with Wheels Supporter Membership 2026
‘Nurture Access to Nature’
Together we can all play our part in advocating for a more accessible environment where people with disabilities and restrictions are included in route or landscape planning along with nature based activities. Where there are no exclusions to who can participate independently or with the appropriate care and support. Where current barriers to nature's green and blue spaces are removed or improved.
‘Nurture Access to Nature’ aims to platform networks and conversations around improving Access to Nature. Scaffolding the existing work and toolkits, whilst raising awareness nationally.
Whether you have lived experience of disabilities or have only recently become aware of the historical inequalities of accessing countryside and local green and blue spaces, Wild with Wheels CIC are creating this opportunity to learn, network and discuss change and advocacy.

Introduction
As the original pioneers and advocates of accessible nature experiences, Wild with Wheels CIC (WWW) have been fortunate to have secured Funding Grants for our first four years of operation. However, due to a spiralling reduction in available community funds along with increased competition applying for those funds, we have had to look into more sustainable ways we can continue to provide our services and meet the business core costs of Safety, Compliance and online presence, in order to continue as a CIC (Community Interest Company).
Our Founder Gini Mitchell advocates for change and improvements to access in the Countryside.
So this initiative will feed into her voluntary role of championing access to countryside UK and will help to influence improvements at Government Policy level.
So after much deliberation and research, we are introducing a supporter membership scheme to foster advocacy to improve accessibility in Green and Blue spaces, so that together we ensure that we can continue to keep the Wild with Wheels community alive and thriving whilst advocating to ‘Nurture Access to Nature’.
