Health & Safety

Please come prepared with suitable clothing and a drink, with your equipment fully charged, for your enjoyment and personal safety.  We do carry spare ponchos and seat pads, and we can assist with mobility aids, should you need any.

First Aid and Walk Support

Our qualified First Aider has the First Aid pack.  Please notify the walk leader or a member of the team of any medical, mental health, neurodiverse condition, disability or impairment that may affect your session, in order that we are able to support your experience.  Please advise if you have a hearing or visual impairment as we have equipment to support this.

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

PLEASE NOTE: For consideration of all participants we aim to set off from the meeting point on our venture promptly following registration / checking photo consents and brief introductions of the walk by our walk leader.  So please notify us if you are delayed by phone and we can advise whereabouts you can catch up with the group.
