Referring Clients to WWW CIC

You can make a referral for yourself or for someone else to Wild with Wheels CIC by filling in the form below or please email us if you need an offline form in PDF format.

We offer 1:1 supported sessions or Group sessions for 6 or 12 weeks.

Referrals should be for persons aged 18+ who are living in Kent.

For Local Offer Disabilities and SEMH (ages 4-17), Please contact WWW CIC separately for our Intensive Wellbeing Support option.
