Lower Leas Coastal Park,  Late Spring Wellbeing Walk - Thursday 4 May 2023

Is your mind busy or troubled? Or would you like to make new friends and enjoy beautiful, safe, and accessible natural surroundings?


Join us at Lower Leas Coastal Park on Thursday 4 May at 10-12pm for a FREE sensory focused nature experience. 


This is our welcoming late Spring Wellbeing Walk - wheels welcome.


Join us and get close to nature with our experienced Support Walkers.


This location is suitable for people with mobility limitations, as there is a Disabled Toilet on site.


You'll find lots of seating available for rests, plus an accessible cafe with a sea view - The Mermaid Cafe. There's also an historic cafe near the entrance - the Lift Cafe.


There is Disabled Parking free for Blue Badge Holders for three hours.

We'll be exploring the gardens along an easy access path, taking time to explore coastal planting, and the wildflower area with a backdrop of the sea.
