Introducing Wild with Wheels Subscription Membership 2026
As the original pioneers of accessible nature experiences, Wild with Wheels CIC (WWW) have been fortunate to have secured Funding Grants for our first four years of operation. However, due to a spiralling reduction in available community funds along with increased competition applying for those funds, we have had to look into more sustainable ways we can continue to provide our services and meet the business core costs of Safety, Compliance and online presence, in order to continue as a CIC (Community Interest Company).
So after much deliberation and research, we are introducing an affordable subscription membership scheme to this unique and valued community, so that together we ensure that we can continue to keep the Wild with Wheels community alive and thriving.
We are therefore offering a discounted Introductory Rate on our 2026 One-Time Joining Fee.
The benefits of joining are:
- FREE access to our online WhatsApp community, where we share our experiences, offer group support and information to members with a wide range of disabilities and impairments, as well as lived experience reviews on mobility equipment and support services.
- We also take time to develop an informal Individual Access Needs and Risk Assessment Plan with you, so that any specific Physical / Neurodiverse or Sensory needs are given consideration at our events. We avoid the long forms and prying medical history questions. So instead we encourage our participants to advise our walk leaders of any relevant conditions we need to be aware of, and how we could offer assistance in case of emergency, as well as key parameters for mobility or physical needs when out and about at our events.
- Supporting Wild with Wheels core team to continue to wheel test and risk assess potential safe and accessible routes in places of natural or heritage locations. Some of which are only exclusively accessible for our WWW ‘Private Members Only’ Group as we build relationships with land owners and private organisations.
- Supporting Wild with Wheels core team to continue to advocate and campaign for more Local Access Improvements to Public Rights of Way, Countryside and Venue access, benefiting the wider disabled community.

For the cost of a Hot Drink and Cake, a 2026 ‘Introductory rate’ of only £5 member joining fee to
- Access the WWW CIC Private Members Community WhatsApp Group,
- Priority booking for any free (funded) walks (which aren’t exclusive to NEW participants ONLY). *Be notified before event details are advertised on other platforms.
- Private Members ONLY access to social walks and regional ‘HUB’ walks in Kent.
- Priority booking for any WWW Private members lunches or accessible events.
- Priority booking for the WWW Mobility Equipment (Electric Wheelchair and Outdoor Rollator) on WWW funded walks and events.
- Private Members ONLY access to Nature Art and Craft Activities at Fort Burgoyne during the colder and wetter months, with free Hot Drinks and materials.
Once you have joined you then have the following flexible options of subscribing to attend our events. So to attend our events, we are introducing a new Monthly Subscription investment.
The benefits of subscribing to Wild with Wheels CIC Subscription membership are:
- FREE Wild Wellbeing Wednesday walks in Kent during Termtime.
- FREE Exclusive Members ONLY events. Which includes our collaborative and educational events and with local Heritage / Nature / Geology Organisations and expert guides. (Such as Dungeness RSPB, English Heritage etc.) These walks or activities may include WWW exclusive bat evenings/ archeology digs and other WWW activities for free or at a subsidised cost.
- FREE Opportunities to join other members on accessible special interest experiences, such as birdwatching at nature reserves, amateur nature photography, museum visits or even star / moon gazing.
- PLUS Invitations to Private Members only seasonal Group Lunches (free or subsidised costs where available).
- PLUS notifications on other potentially accessible events around Kent for wellbeing and nature or special interest events.
- PLUS we will offer our members discounted rates for 1:1 wellbeing sessions.
- PLUS we will always have our community groups best interest at heart and so we will endeavour to add further benefits to this list in our fundraising and collaboration efforts.
We appreciate that our service users have a variety of accessible and financial needs so we begin by offering 3 ‘Investment’ options…
A) Monthly Subscription
£5 (minimum*) monthly subs [payable by standing order]. Members can come to as many events as they like.
[A reduced Annual Rate of £50 gives 2 months free].
* Members who value our unique service are very welcome to pay more than the suggested £5 minimum per month.
B) Pay as you Go (PAYG)
£5 payable each Wild Wellbeing Wednesday walk, or other members only events and experiences, in advance (non refundable but can be transferred to another walk/ event within 2 months
C) Pay as you Can (PAYC)
Pay as you can per Wild Wellbeing Wednesday walk or members only events, payable in advance. But non refundable and non transferable.
- No eligibility questions asked or proof of financial circumstances.
NOTE: Carers go free to accompany their member, they don’t need a joining fee, but the person they care for does.
