Spring has arrived at Fort Burgoyne. Our participants enjoyed their last 'Outdoors inside' session of the season, and the sun shone and it didn't rain!.

@naturalpathwaysbushcraft facilitated a spring Flower theme, with a collection of the emergence of wildflowers.

The group studied and painted flower theme nature art, as they learnt about flower biology and its synergy with wildlife.

They ventured out around the grounds to find signs of spring emerging. On site we found dandelions, daisies and Purple Deadnettle. We also spotted Alexander's, Yarrow, Cleavers, Bristly Ox Tongue.

We created compositions in the Flower Press, for our seasonal collection. And the group thoroughly enjoyed printing onto paper and calico flags by hitting with a handmade mallet.

It was noisy for some but the results were awesome.
