Wellbeing without Walls - 10 week programme

Wellbeing without Walls - 10 week programme

Step or Wheel Into Nature with Wellbeing Without Walls, Naturally Inclusive

10 week Wellbeing in Nature programme in Ashford, Kent starting Wednesday 9th September 2026.

We believe that nature is for all and without walls, so we invite you to join us in locations that will include Ashford’s Victoria Park and Singleton Environment Centre during September, October and the first week of November.

Are you looking for a way to boost or sustain your wellbeing and connect with your local landscape and nature, or to get out of your house and make new friends? We are thrilled to announce our new 10 week free course led by Wild with Wheels CIC funded by KCC (Kent County Council).

Naturallv Inclusive
We know that connecting with nature isn't just a hobby, it's a vital way to boost our immunity, build mental resilience, and find peace.

These wellbeing sessions are specially designed for all who have a disability, including those with physical, sensory, or mental health, neurodivergent needs, plus those who may feel isolated, and who are looking for a gentle, inclusive way to explore our local green and blue spaces.

Carers are invited too, and are encouraged to also take part in the wellbeing activities.

Each session will include a supported walk and wheel in an area that is nature rich, (of at least 1 mile in distance) but with regular rest stops to learn about nature, and carry out some activities together followed by refreshments (self funded by participants)

It’s an excellent opportunity to make new friends, all attending the sessions will be invited to join other Wild With Wheels activities and our supportive community, social media and WhatsApp groups once these sessions are complete.

email: [email protected] or [email protected] for more details or to book.

This is a not a drop in group, it a set of 10 sessions and needs to be booked in advance. All who attend will receive a certificate.

We do have one Electric Powered Wheelchair and one Seated Outdoor rollator available to hire, but this must be booked in advance.

We may be able to pick you up and drop you back home, (non wheeled attendees only) if you live local to Ashford. Please book early to take advantage of this.
