WWW CIC Client Referrals / Green Social Prescribing

Self referrals and Client Referrals

You can make a referral for yourself or for someone else to Wild with Wheels CIC by filling in the form below.

We offer 1:1 supported sessions or Group sessions for 6 or 12 weeks.  


Referrals should be for persons aged 18+ who are living in Kent.  


For Local Offer Disabilities and SEMH (ages 4-17), Please contact WWW CIC separately for our Intensive Wellbeing Support option.


A copy of the submitted form will be emailed to the email address you supply below for reference.
